What is LUNCHBOX?

LunchBox is a subscription service that delivers pre-packed break time/lunch snacks to the location of your choice every month. Packing lunches is a pain, we want to make it easy for you but keep it simple, nutritious and healthy. Suitable for both kids and adults.

 

Where do you deliver?

We currently only deliver in Gaborone and specified surrounding areas (Phakalane, Gaborone North, Tlokweng) to residential and commercial addresses (preferable). We require a signature on delivery and we’re therefore unable to deliver to PO Box addresses or Private Bags. Customers also have the option of picking up the package from our site of operation. This method is more convenient and reduces costs associated with delivery of the package.

Why does this make sense?

You have enough on your plate. Kids, the school run, homework, wife or husband and your own career. If there’s any extra time to squeeze out of a day, you’d like to spend with your children.

So why spend it on the hassle of daily lunch organisation? We save you the inconvenience – and we deliver! So you, your partner and your kids are sorted for lunchtime basics every day.

Why take the chance and try it?

Actually, why not try it? This service works on a month-to-month basis. You can easily cancel at any time, just by emailing us.
 

What if my kid/family is fussy?

Most children are fussy. Fussiness is a characteristic of childhood. But the way around fussy eating is this: trial and error. We know kids and we know that they won’t eat anything new, until they’ve tried it and they love it. Then you can’t get them to stop eating it. Hence the once off boxes.
Plus, we guarantee that someone in your family will happily eat whatever Kid #1 rejects.

 

What specific brands can I expect in my LunchBox?

We only use manufacturers that adhere to the strictest food safety standards. You can find a list of the brands we use on a daily basis here.

 

What is Treat Day?

Treat Day is a day in a LunchBox that has a sweet treat in that combination for that day. Treat days are Day 5, Day 10, Day 15 and Day 20.

 

What About Allergies?

We offer Gluten Free LunchBox options.
Some of our products contain nuts.
All items in the LunchBox are individually wrapped and sealed. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to read the labels to avoid any foods they may be allergic to.

 

I have a specific dietary need. Can I customize my LunchBox?

At this moment we do not offer customized LunchBoxes. However you can build your own LunchBox using the products we already stock up via our online shop here.

 

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

You don’t specifically need to be there but someone you trust needs to be present at the address to sign for you. This is why we recommend you use a business address, where possible.

 

What if there is a price increase?

If there are price increases you will be notified 1 month in advance.

  

How do I change my delivery address?

Email us and we will make sure that your LunchBox finds you.

 

What is the schedule for new Lunchboxes?

You receive your LunchBox order once a month.

Your LunchBox will be couriered to you between the 20-30th of the month for as long as your membership is active.

What types of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Direct Deposits into our Bank Account, EFT's, FNB Pay2Cell, Barclays CashSend and also Cellphone/Internet Banking Transfers.

 

What about my private details?

We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order and for consumer profiling. We will not sell your information to anyone.
